Try Our Locally-Inspired Seasonal Flavour: Kaya Toast
August is Singapore’s birth month, and to celebrate, we’ve created a very special flavour that’s inspired by the iconic local hawker breakfast: Kaya Toast.
Made with a coconut-pandan base, the our Kaya Toast ice cream made its debut at the Sunday Folks Shanghai Pop-up at the Jing-An Kerry Centre last August 2018. To accompany it are various components of a kaya toast such as Buttered Toast, Coconut Flakes, and a swirl of Coffee-Caramel Sauce for that sweet “kopi” kick. It’s almost like a local breakfast in ice cream form!
Apart from the Kaya Toast ice cream, we’ve also released a new range of crafted coffee-based beverages that cater to various tastes and experiences: Strawberry Cloud Cold Brew, Cold Brew Lime Tonic, and Espresso Cloud Jelly.
