The Sunday Selection: Our Refreshing Tea Fizzes

We recently gave our Sunday Folks Menu a new look, and apart from the inclusion of a D.I.Y. option for ice cream offerings, we also decided to expand our beverage menu.

With the addition of Prosecco Bottles and Ciders came an idea to create a refreshing spritzer with tea as a base. We thought of some of the most refreshing drinks to have on a sunny day—our top two being Sodas and Iced Teas.

So we thought, “why not combine both?”

Introducing our Sunday Folks Tea Fizzes. Imagine the fruitiness of an iced tea with the bubbly-ness of a soda. Made with Gryphon tea, we formulated two special tea syrups that we cook in-house for the base of this drink: Lychee & Melon Mangosteen, which is light and spritely, and Momo Peach Nectar, which is a sip of a summer in the tropics.

Pair them with your favourite cakes or just wind down with them on a sunny afternoon. Refreshing days are definitely ahead. Now available at Sunday Folks by the glass for solo enjoyment or by the carafe for sharing.
